UK-Cote d'Ivoire Energy Transition & Countdown to COP26

As part of a series of meetings on private sector climate engagement looking at COP26, DMA are very pleased to host this high-level event with the British and Ivorian Governments and the UK-CDI Chamber of Commerce on 23rd November, 2021.

Against the background of the uncertainty around international travel and in-person meetings, DMA is hosting an innovative, clean energy, hybrid event combining socially distanced physical meetings at the embassy in the UK, connected via a digital platform to the government of Cote d’Ivoire.

The event sees the government introduced to delegates and its present position in the run up to #COP26. Green and transition energy companies then meet privately with ministries, regulators and businesses across the renewable energy landscape recreating the energy of in-person meetings, without the real challenges of intercontinental travel to Abidjan.

As with all DMA activity, attendance is free, but very limited and you may attend the in-person event in either country or join digitally for all or part of its duration.
