Celebrating Liberia's 165th Anniversary of Independence

On Tuesday 24th July, DMA took great pleasure in organising Liberia's 165th National Day celebrations for the Embassy of the Republic of Liberia at 51 Buckingham Gate, London. 

The afternoon event was excellently attended by friends of Liberia who were addressed by His Excellency Wesley Johnson, Ambassador of the Republic of Liberia to the United Kingdom, who gave a rousing tribute to the emergence of Liberia in recent years and those who had played their part in its success, whilst acknowledging the sacrifices that many had made during the nation's history.

Credit Ratings for sub National Governments in Nigeria, March 2009

On March 16-19th DMA ran the first Conference Credit Ratings for Sub-National Governments in Nigeria. Over three hundred delegates attended the enormously successful three day event. Supported by Urban Development Bank, DFID, Standard & Poor’s, Bank PHB and the Gombe State Government and run in conjunction with ALGON and Baltimore Tax & Finance, the purpose of the event was to engage sub-national governments on the process of applying for credit ratings with a view to access domestic and international capital markets.
