As part of the UK’s climate diplomacy agenda, and with both countries committing to a roadmap to the transition to clean energy, Africa’s biggest country is offering a series of extraordinary opportunities for the renewable energy industry and once insurmountable barriers such as company ownership and original equipment manufacturing have been removed to make a really compelling business case for the private sector.

The event is hosted by DMA with DIT in Algeria and is led by Lord Risby, the Prime Minister’s Trade Envoy to Algeria, the Ministry of Energy Transition and Renewable Energy, the Algerian Ambassador to the UK and the newly appointed British Ambassador in Algeria as well as a number of key agencies involved in the country’s green agenda.
