SYNOPSIS
DMA were delighted to host an innovative hybrid event on the 18th October that combined socially distanced physical meetings in London and Monrovia, connected by a digital bridge.
Focused on the energy transition, the event connected business to government. Principals and interlocutors from the Liberian Government introduced themselves to the delegates and had the opportunity to present their positions in the run up to COP26. British companies then had the opportunity to organise meetings with pre-identified individuals within the Ministry of Mines and Energy, Rural and Renewable Energy Agency (RREA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and other relevant authorities on a 1-to-1 basis.
