Adil Kurt-Elli is the founder and CEO of aldersmead, a boutique advisory firm based in Ireland. A 20+ year veteran of the City, Adil’s legal and banking career included working at Linklaters and HSBC in Europe and the Middle East. During that time, Adil delivered sophisticated and innovative funding solutions for sovereigns, corporates and financial institutions.
A passionate Emerging Markets specialist, his key achievements include designing a funding solution for the Central Bank of Egypt and Ministry of Finance during their 2016 economic crisis; establishing funding programmes for African multilateral trade and development banks; and developing the first bond refinancing of an IWPP. A graduate of King’s College London, Adil specialised in law with European law.
